Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
General
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us, and you will be responsible for these costs. In case you wish to return any of the products purchased, please contact us first at store@cardano.org to receive return instructions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at store@cardano.org if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product. We will then evaluate the issue and take necessary actions. Please share a detailed description of the problem and add good quality photos where we can see the issue.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period of time. The refund or replacement will take place as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you received email confirmation that you are entitled to a refund or replacement for the non-conforming product.
Defective products will be refunded in full, and we will also cover the standard delivery charges for returns. We will always refund the amount using the method you used to make the order payment.
Damaged products sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted or refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
Proof of Concept Products (POC Products)
Certain items within our store may be designated as “Proof of Concept Products” (POC Products). These products are sold “as is” and no warranties either express or implied, are provided for POC Products. POC Products may not be accepted for return or refund.
Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU/ EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This withdrawal will expire within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, receives the order.
You must return the product without undue delay and in any case not more than within 14 calendar days of making the withdrawal request. As above, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by notifying us at store@cardano.org before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 business days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember that if you paid your order with any fiat currencies, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
