Where do you ship to?
The Cardano Store ships worldwide, however a few exceptions apply. Please check our Terms of Service for an up-to-date list. If you wish to order any products to the UK, please contact us at: store@cardano.org
How long does shipping usually take?
Usual delivery within Europe takes approximately 2-7 business days. Delivery times outside of Europe depend on the country as well as the transport method; an average of 7-14 business days should be expected. The confirmation email will provide relevant delivery details for each order. The Cardano Store also sends all orders with tracking numbers, so that you can see where the delivery is at all times or check the order status.
What payment options can I choose from?
The Cardano Store accepts the following payment methods: ada, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, MasterCard, Maestro, Sofort, Union Pay, and VISA. Please note that payment service providers are third-parties with whom we have entered into a contract; customers will enter payment information and details on the bank or payment provider’s site.
How much is the delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on the delivery country and will be calculated at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
Customs fees will depend on the delivery location. Currently, orders dispatched to Switzerland or any country within the European Union (EU) area will not need to pay customs. For orders delivered elsewhere in the world, you will be responsible for covering the customs and VAT costs. VAT calculated at checkout only apply to orders delivered to Switzerland and the EU.
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes, the Cardano Store sends all orders with tracking numbers, allowing you to check the order and delivery status.
